How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited Shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
What if my package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but I can't find it?
f your package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim. For USPS shipments, customers should contact USPS directly regarding delivery issues and package investigations.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 90 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be returned in their original condition. Certain items, including personalized items, gift cards, and final sale products, are not eligible for return. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
