REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Grace & Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges may be requested within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition and free from excessive wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items returned by mail should include all original packaging, inserts, gift packaging, and accessories when applicable.

  • Any promotional or free items included with an order must also be returned when requesting a full refund. If promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund amount.

Grace & Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Engraved items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance items marked as non-refundable

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, style, color, or variation, please contact us at help.graceandco@gmail.com.

Approved exchanges may require the original item to be returned before a replacement is issued.

REFUND POLICY

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at help.graceandco@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of Grace & Co.'s control.

Customers experiencing a lost, delayed, missing, or stolen package must first contact the shipping carrier directly and file any required claim or investigation request.

For shipments delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS), customers should contact USPS directly regarding delivery issues, missing mail searches, insurance claims, or package investigations.

Grace & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, delivery interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Any replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund relating to lost packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Grace & Co.'s sole discretion.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Grace & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or governmental fees assessed by their country.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

RETURN ADDRESS

ALL RETURNS SENT WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM US FIRST WILL BE REJECTED AND SENT BACK. Please contact us before sending any return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
