SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Grace & Co., we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times are estimated as follows:

Standard Shipping 3-7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping 1-3 Business Days

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak holiday shipping periods

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Natural disasters

  • Service interruptions

Grace & Co. is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking number.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, Grace & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect location.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered processing.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen during transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.

For shipments handled by USPS, customers should contact USPS directly regarding:

  • Lost packages

  • Missing mail searches

  • Delivery disputes

  • Insurance claims

  • Tracking investigations

Grace & Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after being accepted by the shipping carrier.

While we may assist customers when possible, all shipping investigations and claims must first be initiated directly with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to select destinations.

Customers are solely responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or governmental fees assessed by their country.

Grace & Co. is not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, or import restrictions.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs fees

  • Duties and taxes incurred

Any refund issued for a refused shipment may be reduced by these costs.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

By placing an order with Grace & Co., you acknowledge and agree that shipping times are estimates only and may vary.

Grace & Co. shall not be liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
